Data Entry Clerk

Job Description:

Tigonthrive Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems to support our HR consulting services. This is a remote position with the potential for occasional travel for team meetings and company events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into various databases and systems with high accuracy.
  • Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries from the entered data.
  • Follow data entry guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Perform regular backups and ensure data preservation.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
